At KOYYA, we believe in transparency and simplicity. That’s why our pricing covers everything from the blueprint to the final key handover. There are no hidden costs, no unexpected deviations, and no added stress. Here’s how our process works.
1. Free Home Visit (only in the Netherlands)
We start with a complimentary visit to your home to ensure your site is suited for a KOYYA cabin. During this visit, we’ll assess the site, discuss your preferences, and explain the options available. This consultation allows us to fully understand your needs and provide a clear, customized quote.
2. Transparent Quotation
Following the home visit, you’ll receive a detailed and straightforward quotation. Every aspect of your project is outlined, so there are no surprises or hidden costs.
3. Handling Permits (If Needed)
If a permit is required, we’ll provide neccessary information and drawings. KOYYA has profound knowledge of regulations, which ensures that all necessary approvals are obtained, saving you time and effort.
4. Site preparation
Before delivery, you need to prepare your backyard for installation. This includes any necessary site adjustments to ensure everything is ready for a smooth setup. By taking care of this step, we can guarantee that the process will be efficient and causes minimal disruption.
5. Factory Construction
Your cabin is built in an advanced factory. This method not only ensures precise construction and high quality but also eliminates noise and disruption at your home. The environmental impact is kept to a minimum, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.
6. Delivery and Installation
Once your cabin is complete, it’s delivered to your property and installed by our expert team. The entire process is carefully managed to ensure it is quick, straightforward, and hassle-free.
7. Final Walkthrough and Handover
When your KOYYA cabin is ready, we’ll walk you through every detail. From custom features to maintenance tips, you’ll have a complete understanding of your new space before we hand over the key.
Understanding the Costs
While our pricing includes the essentials, there are some exclusions and optional upgrades to consider. The base price does not include VAT (21% if applicable), transport outside the Netherlands, foundation work, or crane costs. Optional extras such as solar panels, green roofs, infrastructure connections (electricity, sewer, and water), and additional groundwork can be added upon request.
Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in the costs of raw materials, imported products, and energy.
