Pre-Order and Payments

Getting your KOYYA starts with a nonbinding application. This allows us to connect with you personally to ensure that your vision aligns with what KOYYA offers. If we determine that our dreams match, we will invite you to finalize your pre-order, securing your cabin for delivery. Our payment process is simply structured:

Pre-order reservation fee – Secure your KOYYA with an initial deposit of 10%

Start of production – 30% of the payment is due when production begins.

Shipment – Another 30% is paid when your KOYYA is shipped.

Completion – The final 30% is due upon delivery and installation.

Pricing Inclusions

The price of your KOYYA cabin covers the following:

Production and Finishing – The building is produced and finished according to the product specifications outlined in the ‘product specification list’ that will be provided with the quotation.

Transport within the Netherlands – Delivery within the Netherlands is included in the price. For shipments outside the Netherlands, transport fees are calculated individually based on distance, accessibility and market shifts in transport prices.

Quality Documentation – KOYYA provides a comprehensive package of quality documents, including material data sheets (Quality Book), quality certificates and manuals for electrical installations.
