Permits & delivery

Understand the step-by-step process from design to delivery and how long it takes to build your KOYYA cabin.
Planning and Permits

When installing your KOYYA, understanding local building regulations is crucial. In the Netherlands, you can often build without a permit if certain conditions are met. For example, you can construct on up to 50% of a 100 m² garden area without a permit, provided existing structures, such as sheds, are included in this calculation. Additionally, the height of the structure should not exceed 4 meters. This rule applies to outbuildings like sheds, carports, garden studios, and rear extensions.

However, specific requirements and exceptions may vary based on local regulations. Team KOYYA is here to help you navigate these complexities. We aim to facilitate permit-free construction whenever possible, saving you time, energy, and costs. For projects requiring permits, it’s the responsibility of the buyer to oversee the process to ensure compliance with all legal and technical requirements
